One of the worst afflictions of our people is that of deplorable physical health.  I won't get into any of the 'spiritual' and 'life-rejecting' causes here.  That's for another day.  Obesity, especially among women, is at astronomical levels, and the causes are not showing too many signs of cessation.
 
 
Behind the smiles, rivers of tears.  And oceans of blubber.
Sedentary lifestyles, terrible nutritional intake and almost complete ignorance as to the reasons for their own awful physical state are equally to blame, though here at The Hatecrime Hotline we may also add laziness, fundamental disaffection with life and a hubris-like arrogance that says, "I can do what I like....you're not the boss of ME!"  Needless to say the lattermost is almost exclusively reserved for the inherently inferior types that have for over one hundred years now, gravitated magnetically towards Bolshesism, or at least, it's modern mask-for-all-appearances: Democracy.
 
But, I was, this morning, astonished to read that no other than the deputy leader of the very Left-wing Labour Party has taken it upon himself, in the fashion of a 21st century Übermensch, to rebuild himself and treat his white self with the respect that a white man ought to. 
 
He somehow located within the fat-marbled lower recesses of his soul, a discipline and will-to-power that is utterly foreign to the average Leftist.

I honestly never thought that Tom Watson was ever inherently a 'Leftist' - that is to say, someone so degenerate and inferior that they - almost through a process of natural selection - partitition themselves off into the Left/SJW/Antifa/LBGTPedo/Feminist/etc camp and declare war on all that is healthy and decent [paradoxical note: you'll find the same worthless waste of human cells in the parties & organisations of the so-called 'Right' and 'Centre' too]

The above emboldened segment is the key.  He took the time to research first.  He clearly refused to accept NHS guidelines and the nonsense pushed by huge (((marketing))) businesses.  The standard nutritional guideline in Britain today is based on the NHS 'Eat Well' guide.  This 'Eat Well' guide shockingly promotes exactly the type of nutritional intake that is the root CAUSE of the obesity and diabetes epidemic:
 
"base meals on starchy foods like potatoes, bread, rice or pasta"
 
For Watson to literally reverse both his type II Diabetes and his obesity, he had to ruthlessly reject that advice and instead base his meals on meat and vegetables.  Watson has made a complete mockery of the governments national nutrition guidelines.  He shed an incredible 44.5kg of bodyfat. But crucially, he absolutely reversed his lifestyle.  He brought an end to his slobbish, ignorant, pig-like behaviour and formally took the reins. He took control of his mortal existence, inaugurated a comprehensice programme of self-control, and has been rewarded with greater health and self-satisfaction as a result.  No doubt, his daughter will have her father around longer, and perhaps in the not too distant future, it won't be such a far stretch of the imagination to welcome him as the chief cook and pot washer of the future Nationalsocialist Partitionist movement of Britain. 
 
Through my own study years ago, I had also come to the firm conclusion that Type II Diabetes was reversible.  I was stimulated to study the topic as a result of two close family members reaching their death prematurely as a result of the effects of Type II Diabetes (and the medication for it, though that's another story).  Incompetent NHS Doctors who clearly never took the time to keep up to date with the most modern nutritional literature (many of these lazy bastard NHS doctors earn 6-figure salaries!) were telling - and continue to tell - their overweight and diabetic patients that breads, cereals, pastries and pastas are a 'healthy' option.
 
I've read many books on the subject myself.  But one of the first was 'Wheat Belly' by Dr William Davis who pointed out that starch-based foods are received by the body just as if they are refined sugars and metabolized as such.  NHS doctors are telling these patients that they must keep sugary foods out of their diet without understanding that the starchy foods that they advocate those same patients maintain as the BASIS for their meals are themselves just as 'sugary' to the metabolic system as the soft drinks, sweets, cakes and desserts!  This information is also found in many other books, the best of which - that I have read - is Lindeberg's Food & Western Disease.  Those who are concerned about this issue should also research the Glycemic Index, along with the subjects of hypoglycaemia and hyperglycemia.

As far as I am concerned, based on my layman's reading and research comprising of around thirty books and many, many more articles and what I have seen and heard in person throughout my own life, eating healthily requires the following:
  • Keep starchy foods to a bare minimum, with preference towards cutting them out entirely.
  • Keep sugary foods to a bare minimum, with preference towards cutting out all refined sugars entirely.
  • Consume   High-Density Lipoprotein foods.
  • Reject all Trans-fats foods.
  • Consume natural animal fats.
  • Consume lots of meat.
  • Consume lots of vegetables, which will be your main source of high quality carbohydrates.
Now, two important points.  Ideal optimum nutritional intake is dependent upon your genetic inheritance (what isn't!).  There are 'types' of metabolism.  As such, some people will develop adipose tissue (body fat, of which there are two types: sub-cutaneous and visceral) from eating certain foods while others won't, for example.  However, even if you have a metabolism that doesn't tend towards developing new adipose tissue as a result of consuming starch based products (though most people will), you will develop other sub-optimal conditions such as a mental 'fogginess', poor mood-control, poor tooth conditioning, bad breath, poor energy levels, and a problem in developing muscle tissue.
 
Secondly, your lifestyle will affect the proportioning of your foods.  If you are unfortunate enough to have a fairly sedentary 40-hours per week employment, you'll probably have to lay off the animal fats and brown rice a tad.  However, if you are a man regularly engaged in heavy, high-volume weight-training, you will need to consume a higher proportion of high quality meat-based protein and also regenerative high quality carbohydrates.
 
This isn't necessary, but Hail! to you if you achieve it.
It's important to note that not all carbohydrates are equal.  Four slices of white bread and two stems of broccoli are both 'carbohydrates', but I don't need to spell out the difference here.  This goes for calories too.  Lustig, in his book 'Fat Chance', made a point of highlighting the fact that the term calorie has to be considered in conjunction with actual food in which it is being applied to.

But, sadly, in Airstrip One, what's news today is vapour tomorrow.  This story ought to trigger a complete overhaul of the NHS nutritional guidelines, or, at the very least, the allocation of large funds to study exactly how type II diabetes is reversed in the 'Watsonian' manner, and to then devise the quickest, healthiest and most efficient manner of doing so for millions of suffering natives.
 
That is TRUE socialism.
